The Burden Stone: Fantasy Fiction
Here’s a sample of a traditional fantasy novel I am writing. The Burden Stone recounts the trials and tribulations of a young desert dweller who has been ritually exiled from his tribe and sent on a two-year quest for wisdom. With no direction or even any idea what wisdom look like, he reluctantly sets off into the wondrous and dangerous world of Sanareun. The first two chapters are in the document posted below, and I will add to it as I go along.
Esoteric Salvage and the Third Sigil: A Mystery by Post
Esoteric Salvage and the Third Sigil is a mystery by post story/game that I developed for a private group of readers/players in 2024. Written in the voice of the eccentric antiquarian Stanislaw Greykill, it follows his desperate efforts to prevent an evil secret society from taking over the world. The letters would ask the reader for assistance in solving parts of the mystery, and players would help with possible solutions via a dedicated private Discord channel.
